UK delivery

• Standard tracked (Royal Mail / Evri) — £4.95 or free over £75, 2–3 working days.
• Next-day tracked (DPD, order by 13:00 GMT) — £9.95.
• Priority insured (bespoke tier, signed for) — included.

Europe

DHL / DPD Classic, 3–5 working days, from £14.95. Prices exclude local duties and taxes which are payable by the recipient in the destination country following Brexit.

Rest of world

DHL Express Worldwide, 3–7 working days, quoted per order. Customs duties, import VAT and any brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lead time

Delivery times run from dispatch. Production lead time (3–15 working days depending on tier) runs first, from proof approval and cleared payment.

Risk & loss

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. All shipments are insured against loss in transit. If a parcel is delayed by more than 10 working days beyond its estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an insurance claim and reprint your order at no additional cost where the loss is confirmed.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be re-sent at your cost.
